The kitchen is open to the dining and living area and open to the deck where you can view the natural wetlands, sand dunes and Gulf of Mexico with an almost unobstructed view of the Gulf. The second level of the house has 2 bedrooms -- the Master bedroom with a king bed, tv, dvd/vcr, This room has it's a private bath with an oversized shower and a deck that has a breathtaking view of the Gulf. The other side of the 2nd floor is the Bunk room with twin bunks and a daybed and its own bath with tub and shower. Room enough to put a couple of air mattresses for all the kids to share in the same room and watch TV. The washer and dryer are located in the hall between the 2 bedrooms. Bike riding is a wonderful sport in this low density area and you can ride down to the Fort and take the Mobile Ferry over to Dauphin Island and visit the aquarium, an estuary and another fort or just ride the wonderful bike paths on the island. Across the road from the Dunes is a Marina where you can charter fishing boats, eat at the very popular local restaurant, or visit a fun funky bar dockside.
